Are you the Captain type or just a player type: Mainly the player type but I have longed for a role as a leader.
Do you have Ventrilo or will you be willing to download the free client: Yes I already use ventrilo.
Are you in any other gaming clans? If so, for what games? I have played with Nerv and still tend to visit them, but not any competitive play.
Are you able to donate $$ to help run the servers, website and ventrilo servers: (not mandatory..but every penny helps!)
I'm not sure how much I can donate right now but in the future I will gladly donate for servers.
How many nights per week do you normally play online games: I usually play 3-4 nights per week depending on the amount of schoolwork I have. I mainly play on the weekends.
