Are you the Captain type or just a player type: A mix of both. I tend to follow more often, but will give my opinion on a situation if I feel it is needed.
Do you have Ventrilo or will you be willing to download the free client: Currently Use Ventrilo.
Are you able to donate $$ to help run the servers, website and ventrilo servers: (not mandatory..but every penny helps!) I will try.
How many nights per week do you normally play online games: As often as I can. Usually play late nights or early mornings.
Were you invited here by a .MoJo. member? If so, who? I was invited by Kalzer the evening of November 8th during a SWBF2 game.
